WORKSHOP UGM 2023
Industrial Workshop is an annual event held by Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Industri Universitas Gadjah Mada. Industrial Workshop started from Ethnographic Design Workshop (EDW), was first created in 2007, and ran for five years. Then, in 2012 EDW underwent a theme change, and as a result, the event's name changed to Scheme Work. The theme changed again in 2014 when Scheme Work was officially changed to Industrial Workshop. Every year, the Industrial Workshop discusses the latest issues in the industrial world. Similar to the previous year, this year's Industrial Workshop will hold an international-scale White Paper Competition, also a national-level Seminar and Workshop.

Energy System Integration
Industrial Workshop 2023 has selected "Energy System Integration" as its general theme this year. Energy Systems Integration (ESI) is the process of coordinating the operation and planning of energy systems across multiple pathways and/or geographical scales to deliver reliable, cost-effective energy services with minimal impact on the environment. The mechanism of Energy System Integration is a method to make the industries utilize their energy more efficiently. By utilizing the energy, the industries can achieve their goals of the Paris Agreement and the Net Zero Emission movement. So, this year, we bring this issue to analyze the way to develop the industries with the implementation of energy system integration.
